The prices of laser vision correction preliminary examination and procedures performed in Medical Center MAVIT are as follows:

- LASEK method - EUR 467 / per eye
- LASIK method - EUR 555 / per eye
- EPI-LASIK method - EUR 667 / per eye
- Custom LASEK method - EUR 711 / per eye
- Custom LASIK method - EUR 800 / per eye
- Custom EPI-LASIK method - EUR 911 / per eye
The prices of the procedures include post-op controls during one year after the surgery and a set of eye-drops.
The prices are calculated on the basis of prices in Polish zloty (preliminary examination - 300 PLN, PRK - 1900 PLN, LASEK - 2100 PLN, LASIK - 2500 PLN, EPI-LASIK - 3000 PLN, custom LASEK - 3200 PLN, custom LASIK - 3600 PLN, custom EPI-LASIK - 4100 PLN) and the rate around 1 EUR=4,5 PLN. The prices might change due to the EUR/PLN rate modification.
